Think Like A Turtle

Step 1: Turtle got mad.
Step 2: Stop and keep your hands, body, and yelling to yourself.
Step 3: Tuck inside the shell and take 3 deep breaths to calm down.
Step 4: Think of a solution.
Come out of shell when calm.

positive energy enables us to believe in ourselves and to gain optimism and courage and this is highly needed in our personal life and work, so let's not hold on to negativity....only positive energy can help a closed mind gently unfurl itself
thank you for your comments....

Thanks Noha for visiting my students' blog...
After introducing the turtle's technique, the students are trying to practice it whenever they feel angry and before losing their temper and getting into trouble...they only have to pretend they have shells and be the ruler of their anger.
and as Mrs. Beydoun said: The whole world needs this technique...hehe

Good technique to handle children's anger. I'll try it with my students.
