My City, My Identity: BEIRUT

Beirut,"A Phoenician City", "The City of Lights", "Pearl of the Middle East", "Cultural Capital of the Arab World", and the largest city in Lebanon with history that goes back more than 5000 years,... is our capital and home to the first law school in the world. It was named the top place to visit by The New York Times Travel in 2009. It lies on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. There are several interesting places to see and discover.
Today, we took a tour to explore our city which was about three hours long. We were eager to step onto the bus and see the sites that make Beirut so rich.
Hope you enjoy this bird's eye view of our beloved city.

Hello Rawya!

We are very excited watching your project with first and second graders. We are from Puerto Rico and we teach technology to students from Kinder through 12th grade in private schools. We are surprised to see the different web 2.0 tools that your students are using. Keep up the good work!
